8 places that sell cronuts in Manila

MANILA – It seems that the “cronut,” a half-croissant, half-donut pastry that was introduced in New York last month, is a hit among Filipinos, with more and more eateries coming up with their version of the "it" treat.

Since Wildflour Café + Bakery in Taguig City introduced the cronut (which it called the “croissant-donut” to avoid being sued by the pastry’s original creator) last month, at least seven others have unveiled their own versions of the sweet treat.

ABS-CBNnews.com featured four establishments, including Wildflour, in its “Where to find cronuts in Manila” list released in late June.

Here’s an updated list, which includes four new cronut contenders:

Anybody Coffee
