MANILA - American fashion model and former Victoria's Secret Angel Karlie Kloss on Tuesday lashed out at flag carrier Philippine Airlines (PAL) for its supposed bad service.
"[PAL] has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL TIME. Most BUDGET AIRLINE. Rude and disrespectful. Shame on you," Kloss, 23, posted on her Twitter account with more than 1.2 million followers.
Kloss did not go into detail regarding her complaint. However, she revealed on her Snapchat account that she had missed her flight.
PAL has since reached out to Kloss and has apologized for the inconvenience. The airline company has also asked the model to send them her concerns and ticket details to address the problem.

Kloss was last seen attending the 2016 CFDA Fashion Awards in New York prior to her rants against PAL's customer service.
