MANILA – "Kalma lang po. Okay naman ang lahat."
These were the words of Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach after fans expressed concerns about her relationship with "Sexiest Doctor Alive" Mikhail Varshavski, known to many as "Dr. Mike."
On Saturday, the 26-year-old Wurtzbach posted a photo with a cryptic message on her Instagram page, prompting her fans to ask if she has stopped dating Varshavski. The post has since been deleted.
On Tuesday, the beauty queen took to Twitter to reassure fans that everything is okay between her and the New Jersey-based doctor. Without going into details, she apologized to Varshavski for causing a misunderstanding.
Varshavski, for his part, replied to Wurtzbach in Filipino, writing: "Ok lang [Pia] na nagkamali ang pagkaintindi mo at sagot. Naiintindihan ko. Lahat ng bagay at lahat ay mabuti."
He also admitted to have been studying the country's language.
Wurtzbach then praised Varshavski for his attempt at Tagalog.
In an interview on "Tonight with Boy Abunda" in April, Wurtzbach admitted that she is being wooed by Varshavski, who she said is still getting used to the Filipino tradition of courtship.

"He's adjusting to the Filipino ways a lot because it's very different, the culture is very different. I had to explain to him how different it is in the Philippines, kung papaano ba manligaw," she said.
Wurtzbach added that Varshavski, who was featured in People magazine's 2015 "Sexiest Man Alive" issue, has been understanding of her situation and maintained that her priority remains to be her duties as the reigning Miss Universe.
