“Guess who has the longest line?” she wrote. “Philippine LECHON is a HIT.”

This is dela Fuente’s second time in Singapore this year. Last month, her stuffed lechon was also served at a one-night-only charity dinner.

Pepita’s Kitchen was also featured at Purple Yam restaurant in New York City last year.

Dela Fuente is representing the Philippines at the World Street Food Congress, along with Claude Tayag of Bale Datung, which is highlighting the sisig.

Also attending the event are Mercato Central’s RJ Ledesma and food bloggers Anton Diaz of Awesome Planet and JJ Yulo.

Fil-American chef Paul Qui, a past winner of the American reality show “Top Chef,” is also participating in the Singapore food event, which runs until April 12. According to Ledesma, Singaporeans are also lining up for Qui's versions of kilawin, as well as his chicken inasal tacos.

Meanwhile, Ledesma announced on Wednesday that the World Street Food Congress will be held in Manila next year.

“We will be bringing the World Street Food Congress to the Philippines in 2016! A perfect opportunity to introduce Pinoy street food to the world foodie community,” he wrote on his Facebook page.
