MANILA -- A photo of a painting featuring Marian Rivera and other celebrities with Pope Francis is making the rounds online.
The photo was posted on Rivera's official Facebook page on Saturday.
According to the photo's caption, the painting, entitled "Salubong," was created by visual artist Dante Hipolito.
Aside from Rivera and the Pope, the painting also features Batangas Governor Vilma Santos, Gary Valenciano, Senator Grace Poe, Dingdong Dantes, Coco Martin and Kris Aquino, all depicted as farmers.
The 29" x 24" oil on canvas painting was described as having a "distinct style of vibrant rural realism, it follows Pope Francis' didactic intentions."
Hipolito called it a work of "composite realism," which combined filmmaking elements, photography and digital art.
As of 10 p.m. Sunday, the photo has 116,639 "likes" and 2,466 "shares" on Rivera's page.
