MANILA – Even if she did not win the Miss World 2016 crown, Catriona Gray is honored to have represented the Philippines in the international pageant.
Speaking with the Philippine pageant website OPMB after she finished in the Top 5, Gray said she hopes she has made her fellow Filipinos proud.
“I really gave my all and I hope I made you guys proud,” she said. “It was an honor to carry the Philippine flag on a world stage. Salamat.”
When asked what she plans to do now that the pageant is over, Gray replied: “I don’t know, Christmas muna. Sleep muna, hibernate.”
