MANILA – When she was crowned Miss Universe 2018, Catriona Gray was spotted wearing an upgraded version of her “patriotic” ear cuff during the Binibining Pilipinas national pageant.
Shortly after the competition, Tessera Jewelry gave Filipinos a closer look at Gray’s “Alab and Dangal” ear cuff, which is made of gold, diamonds and rubies.
It came with a pair of golden south sea pearl earrings.
Tessera Jewelry also shared photos of Gray’s “Pearl of the Orient” dangling earrings, which the beauty queen wore during the Miss Universe 2018 preliminary competition.
Gray tapped Tessera Jewelry to execute her “patriotic” designs as early as March, when she competed in Bb. Pilipinas 2018.
The brand said Gray designed all of the accessories she wore in her journey to the Miss Universe crown.
