MANILA—It was over the past week when Michelle Dee first gave fans a sneak peek of her national costume, which she wore for the ongoing Miss World pageant in the United Kingdom.
Francis Libiran then shared a few more details about his golden terno creation, which Dee described as symbolizing not only "optimism, positivity, and courage," but also "triumph."
Check out Libiran's post below:
Dee, 23, is looking to become only the second Filipina to win the Miss World crown, after Megan Young in 2013.
Dee, who follows in the footsteps of her mother, Miss International 1979 Melanie Marquez, is currently in London for the pageant.
It is scheduled for this December 14, Saturday night (Manila time).
