As one of the most in-demand actresses today, Kim Chiu often has a schedule that requires long travels on the road, or waiting for hours for her turn to act during tapings.
Over the years since she joined showbiz in 2006, Chiu has managed to invest in a number of properties, including a new home for her family. She was also able to save up for a personalized van, which helps assure her comfort in the face of her work’s demands.
The “One Great Love” star gave a tour of the van — her “mini-home” — to StarStudio.ph, showing fans a glimpse of her private space when not at her actual home.
The van has several features that make it, in Chiu’s words, a sort of “very, very small space of condominium.” She has a mini-table she can prop up on her bed so she can eat comfortably, a dresser with a light-up mirror, a closet full of outfits, a television with matching sound system, among others.
Chiu’s candid tour of her van was part of her promotional rounds for “One Great Love,” her Metro Manila Film Festival entry which is set for Christmas Day release.
