Actually, fish nga hindi na rin masyado.”</p><p>“Pero I eat fish kasi hindi ko kaya na walang protein. Hindi ko kayang ang protein ko lang ay beans and tofu,” she added. “But ‘yun nga, ayoko rin na i-support ‘yung farming ng cows and pigs. That’s the reason why I became a pescatarian.”</p><p>According to Alonzo, she has always been able to stick to her diet, making sure that she stays away from fast food and processed items. </p><p>The actress also makes an effort to exercise regularly. “You can’t cut corners when trying to lose weight.
