In the caption, the Embassy said Wurtzbach talked about "her links with the UK and her work as a UNAIDS Goodwill Ambassador."

Wurtzbach became a UNAIDS ambassador for Asia and the Pacific in 2017. UNAIDS stands for Joint United Nations Program on HIV/AIDS.

Since she was crowned Miss Universe, Wurtzbach has been vocal about the need for sexually active persons to test for HIV.

She has also raised millions of pesos to help patients who have the disease.
