MANILA -- Kathryn Bernardo has been busy keeping herself healthy and fit during the quarantine.
For her latest vlog, the Kapamilya star took on a three-day fitness challenge, asking three different trainers to train her virtually.
"For three days I have decided to just follow their workout advice, just get moving. We'll be doing a different ab workout every day," she said.
On her YouTube page, Bernardo listed the exercises she did for each day of her fitness challenge.
