MANILA -- Moksha, considered a neighborhood institution in San Juan, is set to close after 18 years.
One of the owners, Marc Soong, announced in a Facebook post that the bar will serve customers until July 6.
"All good things come to an end," he said.
Soong went on to assure the public that "there is no sadness" and "there are no problems" as Moksha will "just quietly slip away into the realm of good memories."
He then gave out a phone number for those who want to make reservations before they close.
Dubbed "your home away from home," Moksha is known for serving alcoholic drinks and bar chow, as well as comfort food dishes.
Early this month, it started offering a limited menu for takeout and delivery as most people continue to stay at home amid the novel coronavirus pandemic.
