LOOK: Lea takes selfies with celebrities at Tony Awards

MANILA – Lea Salonga made good with her promise to take a lot of selfies at the 71st annual Tony Awards in the Radio City Music Hall in New York.

Salonga, the first Asian woman to win a Tony Award, has been selected to present at this year's ceremony to recognize the best of Broadway. She won the Tony for Best Actress in a Musical for her role as Kim in "Miss Saigon" back in 1991.

During the rehearsals, Salonga took photos with entertainment bigwigs like actor Mark Hamill, who played Luke Skywalker in the movie “Star Wars,” and “Hamilton” creator Lin-Manuel Miranda.

Salonga likewise had her photo taken with “Beauty and the Beast” actor Josh Gad, “The Columnist” actor John Lithgow, “Hamilton” actors Christopher Jackson and Oak Onaodowan and “In Transit” actors David Abeles and Justin Guarini

The “The Voice Teens” coach also took a photo of her seat with her name on it as one of the presenters.
