2. New tourist town destination to rise in El Nido 

To cater to the growing number of tourists visiting El Nido, AyalaLand Hotels and Resorts Corporation and Ten Knots Development Corporation (TKDC) have tied up to begin the development of Lio. 

This new tourist town destination sets to provide a wide selection of activities for both active tourists and leisure travelers. 

TKDC chief operating officer Javier Hernandez said Lio shall house hotels, health and wellness facilities, commercial establishments, and residential communities, among others. 

3. From ZEN Rooms to ZEN Homes 

To address the shortage of affordable hotels in Manila, ZEN Rooms is launching a new category -- ZEN Homes.

ZEN Homes are fully equipped studio units with hotel-like services in high-end buildings at a very low price. It is lower than the average price of an AirBnb but has the services of a hotel.
