MANILA -- To mark its third anniversary, Raging Bull Burgers has added DIY Burger Boxes to its menu.
Each box is loaded with ingredients for two of its specialty Kick Ass Burgers –- two 150 gram Angus double grind beef patties with a mix of premium chuck and brisket, iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, gherkin, two cornmeal buns, and a bottle of smoky Raging Bull Barbecue sauce. Each ingredient is individually packed in food-grade plastic bags to maintain flavors and freshness.
Burger lovers who order the DIY Burger Box are advised to check out the video by Shangri-La at the Fort’s executive chef Joris Rycken walking you through the unpacking, preparation, cooking and assembly of the burgers. The video is accessible by scanning the QR code on the kit’s sleeve.
Start by slicing up the tomato, and gherkin. We’d recommend slightly thicker slices so that the juice oozes out with each bite.
Get your griddle or frying pan ready by heating them up and putting some oil. Chef Rycken recommends 5 minutes on either side over medium heat.
Slice the buns then heat them up in the toaster oven or your pan.
On assembly, start with bottom part of the toasted bun. Add the lettuce and tomato slices. Next place the cooked patty then top with a dollop of barbecue sauce and gherkin slices.
Lastly, finish off the burger with the top burger bun. Then you’re good to go!
With this deli box, Raging Bull Burgers remains true to its reputation of being one of Metro Manila’s best burger joints by bringing their trademark beefy goodness to your home.
Raging Bull Kickass DIY Burger Boxes are available for P580 each. To order, please visit their Facebook and Instagram pages.
