MANILA – It was early this year when the firstborn of Filipino-British model Georgina Wilson became an Internet darling for his love for adobo.
Blonde-haired and blue-eyed Archie has been dubbed by netizens as the “Adobo Boy” after a video of him adorably begging for the Filipino dish became viral last February.
And as early as now, the toddler is setting his sights on showbiz.
“He asked me na,” Wilson revealed as she appeared in a recent vlog post of her cousin and fellow celebrity, Isabelle Daza. “He said, ‘Mama, can I be an actor?’”
The former host of “Asia’s Next Top Model” continued: “He has like, scenes. So he goes like, he has this really mad face. [He says] ‘This is the galit face.’ And then he has a sad [face and says], ‘Wah, wah, I want some adobo.’”

Wilson went on to note that Archie, despite being part-British, can speak and understand Tagalog.
“It’s like literally his first language,” he said, adding, “He goes, ‘baho,’ to his English cousins.”
“Archie looks foreign, but he’s very Filipino inside,” she added.
Last March, Wilson announced that she and her husband, Arthur Burnand, are expecting their second child.
“Another adobo-loving baby coming right up,” she said.
