While on home quarantine, it is highly advisable to maintain a routine, which includes some exercise/movement.
With minimal space needed, this three-minute plank routine is one of my favorite moves. This is excellent for the tummy, arms, legs, glutes and back. Three minutes of this circuit repeated twice or up to four times will give you a good 15-20 minute workout that will make you feel good, strong, and stretched out!
If your arms get tired, take a few seconds break in between exercises and start again ! You can also do a one-minute break between sets.
