She's due to return to the Philippines with her newborn twins sometime this month.
And Korina Sanchez, who is still in the US, is making sure her home back here is ready to welcome her little bundles of joy, sharing on Instagram this Tuesday that she and her husband, Mar Roxas, had begun transforming a part of it into a nursery.
"Egzooooited about the twins' nursery back home," she told her fans. "Am remote controlling the small construction for our former small veranda converted into a small nursery."
It was around a month ago when Sanchez, 54, and Roxas, 61, first welcomed their twins --a boy and girl conceived through surrogacy. She described them as a "miracle."
Sanchez said that she has been enjoying parenting so far: "The joy crept up and slowly but surely took over."
"Now, every day is even more joyful than the day before. I’m very hopeful about the future. I have renewed energy, I don’t know how that happens. It’s adrenaline, I suppose?"
This Wednesday, she posted photos of her celebrating the first month of her twins.
