She's in New York as part of the Broadway revival of "Once On This Island."
But Lea Salonga traded on Thursday the stage for the runway, as she lent her voice for a charity fashion show that aims to raise awareness on heart disease and stroke in women.
The Filipino Broadway star opened the American Heart Association's "Go Red for Women Red Dress Collection 2018" show with a performance of OneRepublic's "I Lived."
She was one of the personalities to grace the event, hosted by Oscar-winning actor Marisa Tomei. Actress Kate Walsh, music group En Vogue and Melissa Joan Hart also attended.

In 2016, Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach was selected as one of the celebrity models for the event.
