The canvassing of Overseas Absentee Ballots (OAV) in the United States is now complete.
There are 25 polling precincts in the US. Officials received a total of 12,140 ballots but only 11,892 were counted. There were 248 ballots considered invalid or spoiled.
Officials have already sealed the Certificates of Canvass. Consul General Ding Nolasco will deliver the certified ballots to Manila by the weekend.
