MANILA - Only one congressman declared a net worth of over a billion pesos.

Sarangani Rep. Manny Pacquiao remains the lone billionaire in the House of Representatives, based on his Statement of Assets Liabilities and Net worth (SALN) for 2014.

Pacquiao declared total assets of P1,843,458,142.00 and liabilities of P11,258,054.00 for a net worth of P1,688,200,088.00.

Others in the top 10 following Pacquiao are:

House Speaker Feliciano Belmonte Jr. - P921,559,097.07
Ilocos Norte Rep. Imelda Marcos - P917,800,000.00
Albee Benitez - P845,928,833.00
Julio Ledesma - P822,275,480.00
spouses Emmeline Aglipay and Mark Villar - P689,005,228.00
Martin Romualdez - P474,766,409.59
Joel Roy Duavit - P317,975,347.95
Enrique Cojuangco - P220,572,722.90
Alex Advincula - P198,902,225.00

Rep. Lani Mercado Revilla placed 13th, Rep. Lucy Torres Gomez placed 15th while former President Gloria Arroyo placed 18th.

Minority Leader Ronaldo Zamora is 20th.

The poorest congressman is still Anakpawis Rep. Fernando Hicap, who has a net worth of over P95,000 only.

The summary of the SALNs are posted on the House website.

The House only released a summary of the SALNs. It refused to release the actual documents.

In a letter, the House also declined ABS-CBN's request for the SALNs of all the representatives.

In 2011, the House impeached Supreme Court Chief Justice Renato Corona for inaccurate disclosures in his SALNs.
