Joshua Oliveros, a young boy from Antique who wants to use his talent to improve his parents' relationship, first caught the attention of Broadway star Lea Salonga when he belted out "Habang May Buhay" for his blind audition. While it failed to impress Bamboo Mañalac and Sharon Cuneta, his performance was enough to earn him a spot in the next round.

"I waited for the high note in the end. You only need some adjustment. You are inspiring and we will inspire more people," Salonga told Oliveros.
