MANILA -- Young actress Janella Salvador celebrated her birthday "pawty" in advance at the Le Rêve Events Venue in Quezon City.

The pet-themed party was sponsored by Star Studio and Chalk Magazine. It featured a small pet fashion show, which included dogs and cats.

Salvador's former leading man Marlo Mortel and actress Michelle Vito were spotted in the event, along with Janella's mom, friends, and other relatives.

While celebrating her birthday, Salvador also took the opportunity to donate a humble amount to The Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS).

She will turn 18 on March 30.
