Anderson, who also serves as an auxiliary commander with the PCG, was honored for his heroic actions during the onslaught of Super Typhoon Carina in the National Capital Region.The award recognized Anderson&#39;s courageous efforts in assisting with rescue operations during the typhoon, which brought widespread flooding and devastation to the region. I&#39;ve undergone WASAR training&mdash;water search and rescue&mdash;it&#39;s not something I&#39;m encouraging people to do, but there&#39;s always different ways [to help].&quot;Anderson also revealed his plans to establish a dedicated search and rescue team in collaboration with the Philippine Coast Guard. The team, which will include other celebrities willing to contribute, aims to be ready for deployment during calamities.&quot;Maganda dun sa nangyari, gusto ko talaga magbuo ng search and rescue team na who will be ready anytime. Kasama yung ibang celebrity friends who are also willing.
