A new era of wonder begins in “Wonder Woman 1984,” the follow-up to 2017’s record-breaking “Wonder Woman."
Gal Gadot reprises her role as Diana a.k.a Wonder Woman as she takes on some new villains Maxwell Lord (Pedro Pascal) and the Cheetah (Kristen Wiig). She also tried on some new threads such as the Golden Eagle armor first seen in DC Comics' "Kingdom Come" mini-series as well as some seemingly new uses of her lasso, which she uses to ride the lightning.
