"It's been awhile since I wrote something really special for you. For us. But this morning I woke up... and the words just flowed. Can't believe it's been five years, just the same, has it only been five years? Anyway... here goes my love.

"FIVE YEARS AND COUNTING

"No one ever saw this coming.
They thought what we had was nothing.
But look at where we are my love...
FIVE YEARS AND COUNTING.

"We got bashed and hated on.
Pulling us down until we can't move on.
But we rose above and thrived...
FIVE YEARS AND COUNTING.

"We chose LOVE. We chose REAL.
And everything in between.
We lived our truth for them to see...
FIVE YEARS AND COUNTING.

"And soon, everyone realized.
That even when love and hate collide.
Love will still and will always win...
FIVE YEARS AND COUNTING.

"That's why I'm happy that we're here.
Showing the world that we are free.
To hug. To kiss. To love. To be....
FIVE YEARS AND COUNTING.

"So for today, let me get mushy.
And go back to being cheesy.
My love. You are my one and only... IT'S BEEN FIVE YEARS, BUT WHO'S COUNTING?

"Happy 5th wedding anniversary my love. I love you so much, my forever," Diño shared.

Diño and Seguerra got married in California in December 2014.

They exchanged vows again in a "symbolic ceremony" in the Philippines in January 2015.
