MANILA -- The blind Filipina singer, who became a social media sensation for her touching audition, has made it to the finals of the talent show "France a un Incroyable Talent" (France has Incredible Talent) on Tuesday night.

Alienette Coldfire, or Katchry Jewel Golbin in real life, once again moved the judges and the audience with her rendition of Michel Legrand’s "Le Moulins de mon Coeur" (The Windmills of your Mind).

The show’s lone female judge, Hélène Ségara, said it's incredible that when Alienette sings, her voice drives her to tears.

She also promised Alienette the chance to sing with Legrand.

The male judges were likewise in awe as they thanked Alienette for touching everyone’s heart and for being an inspiration.

Meanwhile, Filipinos in France were glued to their televisions as they waited for Alienette’s performance. They also anticipated her to win in the grand finals.
“I was very touched by the way she sings. I really love her voice because she has a very powerful one, and she really knows how to sing it, and you can feel her emotions and it touches you a lot. And I am really proud of her because she made it to the semi-finals and I know that she will make it to the finals,” said teen model Chesca Ramilo.
Malou Caguiwa, an overseas Filipino worker, said Alienette is a big inspiration for them.

“Ito ay patunay na hindi kailanman hadlang kahit ano ka pa at kahit ano pa ang iyong kapansanan para marating mo ang iyong pangarap,” she said.
Joining the Pinay singer in the grand finals are French magician twins and a male dancer.

Alienette is asking the Filipino community for support by voting for her in the grand finals on December 13.

The show is aired at France M6 Channel. -- Report from Mary Ann Rivera and Marilyn Rayray, ABS-CBN Europe News Bureau
