She bit the dust in "Avengers: Endgame." Now, it's time to show how she lived.
For years, Natasha Romanoff a.k.a the Black Widow served as a KGB assassin before siding with Nick Fury and S.H.I.E.L.D. After siding with Team Captain America during "Civil War," Natasha has no one to turn to as she faces off against the deadly mercenary Taskmaster, who has the power to replicate the physical movement of peak-level humans.
Joining her on this adventure is her own "family" including the Red Guardian, Melina and the second Black Widow Yelena.
Scarlett Johansson reprises her role as Natasha/Black Widow, while David Harbour ("Stranger Things") takes on the role of Alexei aka The Red Guardian. Florence Pugh as Yelena and Rachel Weisz as Melina round off the "Black Widow" cast.
Directed by Cate Shortland and produced by Kevin Feige, “Black Widow” hits US theaters on May 1, 2020.
