He's set to marry Anne Curtis.

And Erwan Heussaff opened up about why he loves the "It's Showtime" host in an article published by Preview magazine, which was posted online ahead of their big day.

The popular chef and vlogger wrote a heartfelt note, explaining Curtis' best traits that fans rarely get to see.

He began the letter with the ultimate compliment, describing Curtis as one of the best personalities in local showbiz.

"Anne has been in the business for more than 14 years and has grown with the industry and the introduction of social media. I’ve known her for half that time and have sat as an admirer of how she has continuously worked tirelessly to be the best," he said.

He went on to list down specific situations, most of which happened when cameras were not rolling, that portrayed his girlfriend as dedicated to her craft.

He then called himself lucky for being with Curtis, saying: "Whether you want to or not, you will see Anne at one point during your week, on screens of various sizes, buses or pictures."

"What you don't see is what I have the privilege to be party to every day, from how she cares for her family, anonymously helps strangers in need, builds classrooms, takes care of her oldest dog, cries in front of sad news and videos on Facebook, takes pictures with more people than I would ever have the patience for, to leaving toothpaste on my toothbrush when we travel because she knows I never bring some."

He signed off by saying that Curtis is constantly trying to be the best version of herself.
