MANILA—Billy Crawford has celebrated one year of sobriety.
The "Your Moment" judge revealed the milestone on Instagram this Friday, saying that cutting out both alcohol and cigarettes from his life have contributed him to living a "happier" life.
Crawford wrote as the caption a photo of him and wife Coleen Garcia, taken during a Halloween party were in: "Yesterday was my first year anniv since I stopped drinking, not one lick since."
He also thanked those who supported him on his journey, and added: "Everyone says I lost too much weight and I'm 'too thin' etc. I am NOT sick NOT on drugs just pure happiness and sober!"
"Free from cigs, and now free from alcohol, too. To God be the glory!"
Crawford was said to have began his weight loss journey back in 2018, right before he was to marry Garcia.
Crawford is one of the judges of the upcoming new reality talent show "Your Moment," billed as a 2-in-1 competition for both singers and dancers, alongside Nadine Lustre and TV host Boy Abunda.
It is hosted by Vhong Navarro and Luis Manzano, and is expected to premiere this November 9.
