Rumor has it that Cesar Montano has a partner whom he has three kids with and last week he was apparently spotted with her.

The actor was seen together with a woman, identified by Pep as a certain Socorro "Kath" Angeles, at a party they threw to celebrate the birthday and baptism of their rumored youngest daughter.

The photos were taken by Pep from the Facebook page of Commission on Higher Education commissioner Ronald Adamat, who has since taken down his post uploaded last Sunday.

The woman purported to be Montano's flame was beside him in the pictures and was wearing a black printed dress.

The same woman was also with Montano in a weeks-old Pep report about a party he threw for an entertainment columnist, whose Instagram account is set to private.

Nothing is confirmed yet, as Pep only cited unnamed sources and with Montano remaining silent about his and Angeles' alleged relationship.

If true, this would mean that Montano now has nine kids in total, with six of them from previous relationships.
