MANILA, Philippines - Actor John Lloyd Cruz revealed that his most unforgettable "beautiful affair" was with actress Kaye Abad.
"Ito hindi ko makakalimutan ito ang initial niya ay K.A.," Cruz told reporters during a press conference of his newest series "A Beautiful Affair" with Bea Alonzo as his leading lady.
"Ito po kasi ang aking early years of being in love, 'yung akala mo 'yun na talaga, 'yun na ang lahat at 'yun na ang katapusan. In that sense po ay talagang hindi ko po makakalimutan na I was once in love, very much in love with Kaye Abad," Cruz added.
Cruz explained said that they were too young at the time to realize what's real and what's not in their relationship.
"Masyado po kaming bata para malaman ang katotohanan noong sitwasyon namin. We were too young kaya nag-focus muna kami sa mga trabaho namin," Cruz said.
In a previous interview, Cruz said he's still hoping to work with Abad once more.
Cruz and Abad's last successful team-up was for the ABS-CBN teen drama "Tabing Ilog," which ended in 2003.
In a previous interview, Abad also admitted that she wants to do a project with Cruz.
Currently, Abad is part of the afternoon series "Angelito: Ang Bagong Yugto."
