MANILA -- A tearful Regine Velasquez was met with roaring applause, warm hugs, and an equally emotional Ogie Alcasid — her husband and now-fellow Kapamilya star — as she arrived at her new home, ABS-CBN, on Wednesday.

After weeks-long anticipation, the “Narito Ako” hitmaker finally inked her contract with the No. 1 network in what she referred to as a “monumental” time in her life.

In photos, here’s a look at the grand welcome that marked Velasquez’s switch to ABS-CBN, and made her long-time Kapamilya fans say, “Narito na siya.”
