Finishing in second place was "Simula ng Dulo" interpreted by Davey Langit, followed by "Please Lang" by Alex Gonzaga. "Nung Tayo Pa" by Janella Salvador and "Panandalian" by Tj Monterde placed fourth and fifth, respectively.

Aside for being named the Himig Handog song of the year, "Mabagal" also bagged all the special awards -- MOR Philippines Choice Award, MYX Choice for Best Music Video, One Music PH choice for Favorite Interpreter, Star Music choice for Best Produced Track, and Most Streamed Track.
