Zion Gutierrez surprised his mother, Sarah Lahbati, with a bouquet of flowers for her birthday.
Lahbati took to Instagram to share the touching moment.
"After I picked @officialziongutz up from school, I sent him home so he can take a nap but apparently he went behind my back with dada and decided to surprise me at the gym," Lahbati wrote in the caption.
In the video, Zion can be seen walking across the gym carrying a huge bouquet of flower for Lahbati.
"Happy birthday. I love you," Zion told Lahbati.
Lahbati, who is pregnant with her second child with Richard Gutierrez, turned 24 on Monday.
