MANILA - It appears Robin Padilla will not be with his wife Mariel Rodriguez when the television host gives birth in November.
Mariel posted on Instagram a photo of her date with Padilla before flying to the US Friday, where she is expected to receive extra care during her delicate pregnancy.
"Thank you for insisting we go on a date one more time...before we see each other again," Mariel wrote as the caption of a photo showing herself and Padilla at a restaurant.
She followed it up with another post, where she vowed to "tell Isabella (their first child) how much her dad loves her. Thank you for loving us!"
In previous interviews, Padilla explained the need for Mariel to give birth in the US. Kaya!" he said.
"Pero nandoon ang technology. Nandoon kaagad.
Mariel first confirmed her pregnancy in May, eight months after suffering her second miscarriage. She lost her first pregnancy in March last year.
