Korean singer-actress IU is set to play at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City on December 13.
The Manila show was confirmed Saturday as IU announced on Twitter the cities she will be visiting for her "Love, Poem" tour.
The tour also includes stops in Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.
IU, whose real name is Lee-Ji eun, debuted in 2008 under LOEN Entertainment (now Kakao M) with the album "Lost and Found."
She achieved national fame in South Korea through her 2010 single "Good Day," which topped her home country's Gaon Digital Chart for 5 consecutive weeks.
Aside from her "idol" career, IU has also ventured into acting, starring in popular dramas such as "Dream High," "The Producers," "Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo," "My Mister," and most recently, "Hotel del Luna."
The 26-year-old superstar has also been dubbed "Korea's little sister" because of her girl next door image.
