MANILA -- Actor Edward Barber has finally asked his leading lady Maymay Entrata to be his date in the upcoming Star Magic Ball.
The former "Pinoy Big Brother" housemate asked out his fellow housemate while doing the "Bawal Kiligin Challenge" on "Magandang Buhay" on Thursday.
On bended knee, Barber said: "Maymay, may tanong ako sa iyo, will you be my date for the Star Magic Ball?"
Aside from asking Entrata to be his ball date, Barber also gave Entrata a "lucky" charm.
"You said you want to remember the moment, so I got you a charm that you can put on your bracelet, a camera (charm)," Barber said referring to their debut movie "Loving In Tandem," which is now showing in cinemas nationwide.
This year's Star Magic Ball will be held at the Makati Shangri-La Hotel on September 30.
