Directed by Jon Villarin and Manny Palo, "Doble Kara" tells the story of Sara and Kara, twins who grew up in a poor but happy family.

Things take a turn for the worse, however, when Kara was diagnosed with leukemia forcing their mother (Mylene Dizon) to give her up to her biological father (Allen Dizon), who is married to another woman.

The series, which airs weekdays after "Flordeliza," also stars Anjo Damiles and Edgar Allan Guzman.
