MANILA—A 12-year-old boy from Cagayan de Oro City is a step closer to achieving his dream after impressing the judges of the fourth season of "The Voice Kids" with his performance.
In Saturday's episode, Francis Indonto performed "Isa Pang Araw" from the official soundtrack of the movie "Miss Granny."
The song was originally sang by Sarah Geronimo, who is also one of the coaches in the competition.
However, it was Bamboo who turned for Indonto, making him part of his team.
"May sections na nagsasabi sa akin, uy, madaming puwedeng gawin 'tong bata na 'to, 'yun ang narinig ko. Again, it's potential, a bit of versatility, we'll see," Bamboo told Indonto.
Aside from Indonto, Pica Mabitag also became part of Bamboo's team in Saturday's episode.
