MANILA - After their hit film "Just The Way You Are," Enrique Gil and Liza Soberano are set to do another romantic movie, this time with actor Gerald Anderson.
The Star Cinema film, "Everyday I Love You," will be directed by Mae Cruz-Alviar.
"It feels good for BJ and Budoy to reunite together," Gil said, referring to his and Anderson's characters in the series "Budoy."
In the movie, Gil plays Ethan, who falls in love with Bacolod lass Audrey (Soberano), who is in a relationship with Tristan (Anderson).
"He grew up with his father kasi 'yung mom niya parang iniwan ang anak niya doon sa dad, so he grew up with the father knowing his mom ay bumalik sa first love niya," Gil said of his character. "Ako 'yung tipong ayaw kong maghintay, everything in order, fast-paced, sobrang baliktad ng character niya (ni Liza)."
Soberano, meanwhile, describes her character as "very romantic" and an "old soul."
"I'm the type of girl who knows how to wait, who is very patient," she said.
Anderson said he doesn't mind being the third wheel in the team up of Soberano and Gil.
"I'm excited kasi ngayon alam ko na ang pakiramdam ng third sa love team namin dati and how they handle 'yung criticisms, 'yung fans. But 'yung story na ito is very exciting," he said.
Talking about his character, Anderson said: "Lumaki kami sa probinsiya at sobrang love namin ;yung city kung saan kami lumaki. ... I am a family guy mahal na mahal ko ang pamilya ko pero something happened na completely nagbago ang buhay ko."
