MANILA -- A former cast member of the kiddie gag show "Goin' Bulilit" has been revealed as one of the voices behind the Tagalog dub of the hit Korean series "The World of A Married Couple."

Alfred Labatos, who was among the original "Goin' Bulilit' members, is the voice for lead character Lee Tae-oh, or Tony in the ABS-CBN version, portrayed by Park Hae-joon.

Labatos was one of the voice talents revealed this past weekend by the localized version's scriptwriter, who shared photos on Facebook of them working on the final two episodes of the show.

Labatos first rose to fame as part of the original "Goin Bulilit" season. He went on to appear in numerous other shows, including "Maaalaala Mo Kaya," "Wansapanataym," "May Bukas Pa" and "Luv U." He also did voice acting for the now-defunct anime channel Hero TV.

In "The World of A Married Couple," Labatos voices Lee Tae-oh, the unfaithful husband of the other lead, Ji Sun-woo (Kim Hee-ae).

The show concluded in South Korea last May, to record-breaking numbers.

The Tagalog version airs weeknights, 9 p.m., on the Kapamilya Channel.
