MANILA – A photo of Jessy Mendiola and Batangas Representative Vilma Santos-Recto, the mother of her suitor Luis Manzano, is now making the rounds online.
The picture was uploaded on what appears to be a Facebook fan page of the veteran actress on July 18. However, it is uncertain whether the picture was just recently taken.
In an interview with ABS-CBN News last July 12, Mendiola said she hasn’t met any member of Manzano’s family.
“Wala pang ganun. We just go out. Parang ginagawang sobrang big deal. It’s two people who are single. We hang out, we have fun with friends so I don’t see anything spectacular about that na sobra sobra,” she said.
Manzano started courting Mendiola in May, a few months since it was first reported that the TV host and actress Angel Locsin broke up.
Manzano has already cleared Mendiola’s name stating that she did not cause his split with Locsin.
