MANILA -- ABS-CBN's "The Voice Kids" once again bested its rival shows last July 18 and 19, garnering a national TV rating of 42.0% and 45.1%, respectively.
The Voice of the Philippines posted the results on its Instagram account on Monday.
This is not the first time that the singing competition topped nationwide viewership. On July 12, it achieved its all-time high rating of 45.2%, which is by far the highest since the show started June 2013.
"The Voice Kids" is now on its sixth week breaching 40% or more in nationwide ratings.
The ratings are released by Kantar Media, an international market research firm that specializes in broadcasting. It collects the data from a sample that comprises 100% of the Philippine TV viewing population.
The show features young aspiring singers who will be coached by multi-awarded singers Lea Salonga, Sarah Geronimo, and Bamboo. It is hosted by Robi Domingo, Luis Manzano, and Yeng Constantino.
The second season of "The Voice Kids" wrapped up its Blind Auditions on Sunday and will now move on to the Battle Rounds next week, as shown in a teaser, which has been uploaded on YouTube.
