MANILA -- The blind auditions for the second season of "The Voice Kids" are coming to a close, with most coaches needing only one more recruit each.
On Saturday's episode, four new young artists were added to the roster of contestants, with coaches Lea Salonga and Bamboo Mañalac gaining two new recruits each.
Jhyleanne Rington wowed the judges with her rendition of "On My Own," a song performed by Lea Salonga as Eponine. She eventually became part of Salonga's team.
Another "FamiLEA" recruit, Mary Anne Ramos, also managed to impress all three coaches with her powerful cover of Shirley Bassey's ''Diamonds Are Forever.''
Mañalac's "Kamp Kawayan" also gained two new members: Paul Abellana and Narcylyn Esguerra.
Abellana performed Bruno Mars' "Marry You," while Esguerra wowed the rocker with her rendition of "Natatawa Ako" by Aegis.
Meanwhile, Sarah Geronimo failed to recruit new members to her team, which currently has 17 members.
Salonga and Geronimo's teams only lack one member each, while Mañalac needs to recruit two more members to complete his team.
