It has been four years since a bitter feud divided the Barretto clan. And on Wednesday, it appears some of them are finally putting their disagreements firmly in the past.
On Instagram, Claudine posted a photo of her and her mother Estrella reconciling with her brother Joaquin and sister Michelle.
"I love you my brother," the actress wrote with the post. "No matter what happened, tapos na iyon. Realized I cannot live without him. I love you, J. Always have and always will."
It can be recalled that both Joaquin and Michelle took Gretchen's side in the well-documented row between the famous siblings, which stemmed from Claudine's falling out with husband Raymart Santiago.
The clan war reached boiling point when Gretchen affirmed Santiago's claims that Claudine used drugs. This prompted their mother to come to Claudine's defense, calling Gretchen "evil" for perpetuating lies.
However, Estrella's scathing remarks only served to further split the family apart, with Joaquin later revealing that he was estranged for joining Gretchen's camp.
He also shed light on the cracks in Estrella and Gretchen's relationship, saying that their mother had always hated his and Claudine's sister.
On his own Instagram account, Joaquin, suggesting that he is now letting bygones be bygones, posted a similar photo to the one Claudine shared. It had the caption: "Bonding, dinner date with my two sisters."
This is Joaquin's first photo with Claudine in years.
He recently celebrated his birthday with Gretchen.
