CEBU -- Cebuano actor Matteo Guidicelli and his sister Georgia Guidecilli joined a two-day pre-hospital trauma life support training given by the Emergency Rescue Unit Foundation (ERUF) in Mandaue City.

"Anything can happen so it's always nice to be equipped and know what to do talaga,” the Kapamilya actor said.

The Guidicelli siblings underwent training for basic life support like cardiopulmonary resuscitation or CPR.

Georgia said it has always been their dream to become part of the ERUF volunteers since they were kids because they can easily call for ERUF responders when there's an emergency at home.

"We always believe it's really important because you know sometimes someone might faint. Our grandpa just passed away so you know it's always important to know what to do and how not to hurt the patient but rather help them," she said.

After completing the basic life support training, the Guidecilli siblings are looking forward to take an advance training course.
