MANILA – JC Santos and Bela Padilla are set to reunite for their third big screen project together.
After they were paired in the romance-drama films “100 Tula Para Kay Stella” (2017) and “The Day After Valentines” (2018), the two Viva talents are now gearing up for a new movie.
This time, their project will be helmed by Irene Villamor, who is the creative force behind the films “Ulan,” “Sid & Aya: Not a Love Story” and “Meet Me in St. Gallen.”
Joining them in the movie are Matteo Guidicelli and Danita Paner.
More details about the film have yet to be revealed.
Meanwhile, Padilla seems to have her hands full because she is also working on a new movie under the direction of Paul Soriano.
Titled "Mañanita," the project was confirmed by Padilla and Soriano as they posted the poster of the film in their respective Instagram pages.
The film is written by internationally acclaimed director Lav Diaz.
In addition to these two upcoming movies, Padilla is also one of the lead stars in the ABS-CBN series "Sino Ang May Sala? Mea Culpa."
