MANILA – Contrary to the statement released by the husband of Sunshine Dizon, the actress is not giving the father of her children the annulment that they supposedly have agreed upon.
This, after Dizon posted photos on Instagram identifying the alleged mistress of her husband, Timothy Tan.
Although she did not tag anyone in particular in her post, Dizon was obviously talking to her husband in her latest Instagram update.
In the caption, Dizon said: “There is no forgiveness for what you did. No annulment for you. I will seek justice. I will see you both in court.”
In a statement sent to ABS-CBN's Mario Dumaual on Sunday night, Tan admitted that he and Dizon have been having marital problems.
"Since the start of the year, our marriage has underwent numerous challenges and as with any relationship, we have truly tried our best to resolve certain issues," he said.
"However, we have both concluded that an annulment is warranted," he added, promising that he will continue performing his obligations as the father to their children.
Tan, likewise, asked the public to give them privacy as they deal with their problems.
"I would also like to take this opportunity to sincerely apologize to the people & their families who were involved, directly or indirectly, as a result of our marital problems.I would also like to request for privacy as we both go through this challenging time in our lives," he said.
Tan and Dizon, who have two children, got married in 2010.
